Nina Heartley's Guide to Simultaneous Orgasms Review

Let me first start off by saying I love sex guides DVD, books, etc. but this was not one of my favorites. The first part of the DVD started by talking about simultaneous orgasms and how easy it is for some and hard for others. They talk about different things that get them off and what works for them but I think the part I didn't like about the movie is that it really didn't talk about how others can achieve simultaneous orgasms. To me it seems more like a porno with some sex advise but not all sex help videos are the same. Everyone has their own way of learning new sex techniques but no matter how you choose to learn just know it will always be fun.

For me the way to have simultaneous orgasms is to be in tuned to your partner and the other way around talk and find out what works for the both of you and go with it. It may take some time to get it right but don't get discouraged all the hard work will be worth it when you get the point of simultaneous orgasms. You could always try some sex toys always a great verity at eden fantasys.

Have fun getting reaching your goal !

Toy Gasms Review

Toygasms: The Insider's Guide To Sex Toys... front coverDr. Sadie Allison's Toy Gasms is a great book I have read many instructional sex books and they all seem to say the same but this one has so many new tips and fun advise I am going to have lots of fun with this one. This book is not only for couples it has amazing tips for everyone from self pleasure to gay and lesbian tips anyone can get something from this book . Another plus for this book is that it's not only tips for toys but things you can find around your house and using furniture in ways you would never think of.

If you are looking for some new  ideas for your favorite toy this is the book you want it is very detailed and most pages have Pictures to help show you how to do it right. I would say the only bad part about the book it the fact that you may want to get more toys to try out more tips oh wait that's not such a bad thing. It is great for toy beginners starting for where and how to start to follow up.

I hope you have as much fun with this book as I did.

This product was provided to me by Good Vibrations in exchange for a fair and honest review

Aphrodisiacs

Do you think is it true about certain foods helping you build your sexual desire? I am on the fence on this one  for a few reasons. 1. I have a strong sex drive so it may just be that I don't see the results like someone who has a slightly lower sex drive. 2. I am very picky about textures so I can't stand things like oysters. 3. Almost any kind of food can make you hot if you really want it to.

I have seen that foods I don't eat all that often that are believed to be aphrodisiacs do make me want it even more but I believe it could be a placebo effect. such as pomegranate , alcohol and figs are some foods I have seen a slight increase in sex drive but more common ones like chocolate, bananas, avocados etc. do nothing for me. Many food are thought of as aphrodisiacs based on their shapes and not so much on their nutritional values that help build sexual desire. So is it all in our minds or can food make us HOT?

Did you all know that the word aphrodisiac came from Aphrodite the Greek goddess of sexuality and love I never knew that until I was doing research for this post I should have put two and two together right duh.
